The best way to cancel, is to never sign up in the first place

After canceling my Telkom because I am moving to a new complex which already has wifi installed, I requested that they understandably cancel the debit order, that will go off on 1 February. However they insist that you must give a 30 day notice, and although they can edit how much the debit order is and pro rate it for up until the 19th of February, they cannot help me and stop the debit order
