The Best Telkom Sales Lady

I signed up for a contract with telkom in January the sales lady Lebohang Makhubele helped me with the whole process. The service was fast and i got my order delivered eariler than I expected. I know Telkom has a lot of bad reviews due to poor service but this lady gives Telkom a good name.

I then had problems with my debit order Telkom did not deduct their money so i had to pay over the counter and I contacted her again in February and in March. She helped me even though only works in in the sales department. I would like to congratulate her for her patience and her good work. She even flollowed the next morning to check if the issue was resloved.

In March Telkom did not deduct so I had to pay over the counter again but my payment was not reflecting. So I spoke to a consultant named Phumla Vilakazi who was rude. I dont know if Telkom trains their consultants to blame the clients for Telkom's faults. I sent the lady an email she never got back to me, on the phone she was straight up rude. I only give the 5 stars for Lebohang who is really good and helpful.
