The best service at Telkom in Wonderboom, Pretoria.

A little overdue but approximately a month ago, I went to the Telkom Store in Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria to purchase a cellphone. I was connected to an employee named Portia Arendse and her service was impeccable and extremely patient. There were issues with my bank authorising the debicheck mandate and this took a couple of days to resolve, and she constantly stayed in touch throughout those days to see if my issues were resolved. It’s not everyday that you have the kind of patience and understanding, and she absolutely deserves to be promoted! Telkom Wonderboom, you have a gem in your hands!
