The Best Incompetence ?

Telcom’s Slogan.. ‘ how may/can we better your life today’’ ? Some consultants don’t even know the meaning of the slogan ‼️ They know how to sell and deceive customers ! The D-Link Look Alike Wireless Device was delivered to me in July 2018 . The call centers are in Durban and they know exactly how effective the network reception happens to be in Lombardy East -Jhb . This is their knowledge that they have . As a resident of 26 years in the suburb, network coverage ranges from -0 to 5% daily and 80% after 21hroo ! As the device that was delivered to me has to be charged 4 times per day ! Numbers don’t dial out , the call center cannot be reached reason being that one cannot hear them . When someone calls me , the ringing button doesn’t release . I don’t have any internet connection to the device , but receive a sms without fail every month notifying me on my 10,240 full WiFi mb . I get reminded that it was never used . I can honestly say that I enjoyed the days of Farm Lines .. the old days of the Post Office .. but the new upgraded system !!!! Disaster and Disgrace ‼️ 10 out 10 for delivering the very best of incompetence! ???
