The always increase your bill with subscription that you never join.

The double bill you for subscription that you never joined and when you call the customer car they tell you they can't refund you those money. I'm very frustrated right now I even regret why did I sign a data package with telkom they are very good in taking money that you never agree on.

What upset me the most is that I never sign a contract with the subscribers I sign the contract with them they need to protect my details and my account. But no they allow people to add subscriition then you bill go high.

Very disappointed, and I never even get a proper help coz I want my money back
