The AFRIHOST/TELKOM Conundrum

<p>How is it possible that between Telkom and Afrihost they cannot sort out a simple DSL Line. For more than two weeks now, this two companies are blaming each other for the problem, fault after fault are logged, Telkom clears the fault, but the problem persisted. And Afrihost, merrily deducted money for a service that has npt even commenced!</p> <p>Calling NOC's or whatever its is called brings no joy either, at Afrihost you are number 63 in the que with an average call length of 2+ minutes and Telkom is just playing their version of "soothing" music!</p> <p>And in the meantime, Vodacom is laughing all the way to the bank since I must buy their exorbitantly expensive wireless databundles, but at least it works!</p>
