The 10th Circle of Hell

In the poem Inferno by Dante Alighieri, he describes the 9 circles of Hell. Tekom is the 10th and final circle!

Your company and its monopoly on the people of South Africa has to end. You are constantly being bailed out for mismanagement but you never get any closer to even passable service! In actual fact, it's getting worse!

I have waited for my order since the 17th of Last month and all I have been hearing every 48 hours is how it's being escalated, as I am growing tired of this miss use of the word here is some synonyms for you to use in the future: heighten, intensify, raise. Or rather start using the antonyms which would actually describe the situation better and more accurately.

No one is being reprimanded for their lack of help or service, no one is correcting the issue. Just excuses and escalation, which now in hindsight is just the same thing, passing it on to someone else who probably does not have the needed knowledge to resolve the issue and then just gets passed on again.

More than a month, issued the order twice, and still no install date, I'd have better luck contacting the pope!
