THD***3

We have been waiting for out Telkom LTE ****le/sim card for 2 weeks. Everytime we call Telkom they its on its way but still nothing. Now when I phoned them they say the order has been canceled? Why? Ref nr THD***3. Our internet is being shut down tomorrow and we needed the internet 2weeks ago already!
