Thato is a gem!!!

One is often very quick to run to social media and sites like HP to complain about bad service received but pays no attention to good service and I am certainly guilty of this. So you must understand that the service I have received from Thato is reeeeeaaallllllllllllyyyyyy BRILLIANT!!!! I first dealt with Thato last year when I had an issue with Telkom and he swiftly assisted me with my issue, I kept his email address and I have since sought his assistance with several other unrelated Telkom issues and he has has always assisted me. As a seasoned customer care professional, I understand that Thato is under no obligation to assist me with my recent issues and he would have been well within his rights to refer me to the \normal escalation channels"but he always takes ownership of my queries and sees them to completion"
