I was trying to RICA my Telkom SIM at CNA , unfortunately they were offline therefore I was asked to go to Telkom. When I got there. There was no queues and only one person was working at the counter. Than a guy working there asked how he could assist me , than I told him. Than he said someone else was going to help me. The funny part was that the other,people there were chilling not doing anything, it was just happy vibes for them. After I have been waiting for 15mins to get assistance, the guy eventually helped me. Than I told him that I was starting to lose my patience,he didn't even apologies or anything.To cut the long story short, as he was was trying to register the SIM, he had problems doing so. Than came a lady to assist, and I quote she said " we only Rica Sims that are were bought in the store not from other stores". I looked at them and said WOW , the lady said what do you mean "wow"" with that attitude than I had said this is your brand though I mean that guy who was assisting me even asked them and no one answered him! Than went back to CNA , after a few hours and explained to them what went down, and the lady from there said, no there were wrong they should have assisted you.
