thanx to you telkom im failing to close deals
<p>One would think that after lodging a compliant telkom would do right by me,this morning I got a calk from a gentlemen from telkom claiming they have been looking for me,once more he confirmed the address where they supposed to send the technician to come instal,and then he breaks it to me that they got my number wrong they confused it with one from kronstad...so they will check the dates and see when to squeeze me in....I really wish they cudve told me they cant offer me their services I must go somewhere else...or refund me so I can approach other companies who needs my business and who will treat me like a paying customer...now im stuck I cant do anything, my clients are angry....im loosing business.</p>
