I was speaking to one of the Telkom Call Centre agents Today : Silendile Cele<br> <br> And I would just like to let you know that there is still hope for Telkom support centre with the service received from her. She was extremely friendly and really tried her best at helping me in a difficult situation.<br> <br> If you look at my call records, you will see that I contacted Telkom earlier, and the person I spoke to was the perfect example of a Useless employee. But Silendele is different. She really is a great asset in your team. It would be great if you could let her and her teammates know that she is a good representative of the company.<br>
