Thankx for nothing Telkom

<p>We have app**** for a tablet at Rustenburg Telkom store in Waterfall Mall to be specific the Samsung Galaxy Tab A. We waited for four weeks and heard nothing and so we went back into the store to find out what is going on, there answer they are struggeling to get stock sorry but our hands are tied we will phone you. Now it has been 7 weeks still no phone call went back to the store again only to hear sorry but we cant find any Samsung Galaxy tab A anywhere. Why did they not phone us and let us know there is n problem so that we could choose another device. Ok so we chosen another device with these words I will send my driver on monday to Johannesburg then the device will be here we will phone you. Went into the store on monday because we recieved no phone call oh sorry the driver did not pitch for work I let you know tomorrow. we are still waiting for the so called phone call. We recieved no service from telkom I will never ever want to do business with them again!!!!!!!!</p>
