THANKS TO MPUMI KHESWA FOR GREAT SERVICE

I went to Telkom Direct in clear water mall for assistance on a upgrade which i was force to do because Telkom estimates my bill every month and bills me incorrectly. But Mpumi Kheswa had such a great attitude i felt so comfortable dealing with her. She had product knowledge and she was able to order stock, she even stays in contact with me to date to inform me when the stock will be arriving. Thanks Mpumi for your great service. People like you should train other stores like Westgate. Because you understand what is customer service and every customer has a right to a great experience because we pay for it.
