I would like to thank Nellie Mahlangu for her OUTSTANDING service this morning. After an inordinate amount of frustration with three government departments, namely Telkom, Eskom and Home Affairs, conspiring to mess up my life, Nellie managed to assist me and hopefully, by tomorrow morning, after two trips to Springs from Nigel, my sim swap will have taken effect.
