Thanks for putting me on a contract i didnt ask for, and then bill me canselation fees

<p>So back in October i phoned to upgrade my telkom line to 20mb vdsl, i was on a r499 package(4mb line, 20gb data ect), never was i in a contract with telkom ever, when i phoned to upgrade the line, i ased for just the voice line, and the 20mn vdsl line, non data, nothing else, this was done(I have ref no), get my bill, and all of a sudden im on a 24 month contract(not once was i told about this, only found out when i got my bill), phone and they canselled the contract and told me there will be no charge, as someone made a mistake, get a call today, my account is r3300, dew to canselation fees, *** TELKOM, I never agreed to a contract, PLEASE SOIRT THIS OUT ASAP< ELSE I WILL BE GOING LEGAL ROUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
