I was so pleasantly surprised at Telkom good service. I called to report a fault on my line 5 days ago, left a message on the Telkom line setting out the problem. Within 5 minutes I received a sms with a reference advising that the fault would be attended to in approximately 5 days. Today, 5 days later Simon from Telkom arrived to attend to the fault - great job Telkom
