I would like to thank Sithembile Hintsho of Telkoms chat center for assisting me in a professional and prompt manner. I had spoken to at least 5 consultants before her but neither of them took the time to understand my problem, the professionalism to resolve it quickly and the initiative she displayed by giving me an avenue for feedback if the problem had not been resolved within a few hours.

Sithembile was calm, assistive and resolution oriented throughout our engagement. I would like Sithembile for turn my negative experience with Telkom (over those few days into a very positive one.
