THANK YOU TELKOM KENILWORTH CENTRE NASIEF KAHAAR AND N1 CITYRODNICK

The date is 23 May 2016. As I enter the Telkom Store at Kenilworth Centre I am met and greeted by a very respectful young man who asks me for the purpose of my visit which I explain is to apply for a wireless phone so that in the event of copper cables being ****** I am able to use my landline. Quietly he tells me of a lady who recently came in for the same reason to be told that she cannot apply for a wireless phone. His advice is that I 'throw my toys out of the cot' which is what she did. Thank you for the advice. I wait in the queue. My turn comes at the counter to be met by a very unfriendly, disrepectful Consultant SHENAAZ FOWKES who tried every trick in the book to deny me an application for a wireless phone. When she was finished it was my turn. Very very quickly Ms FOWKES passed me onto TAUHEERA WAGIET who was dealing with clients on the floor. Very friendly, very respectful Ms WAGIET explained the whole procedure and all that I should know about the wireless phone and we filled in a Customer Application Form to be told that someone will be in touch with me soon because 'they are out of stock'. I went back TWICE with promises made to contact me in a few days. So I guess one could honestly say that the Manager of that Telkom Outlet at that time **** TO ME. On Friday 7 October 2016 I went back into the store, spoke to the Manager NASIEF KAHAAR who would follow up already aware that I had been back into the store twice since my application. I went back into the store on Monday 17 October 2016. Mr KAHAAR immediately followed up on the PROMISE made by whomever was supposed to contact me after my visit of the 7 October 2016 and oh my hat this time he was going all the way. I received a phone call from the Technician RODNICK by noon to confirm certain details. Tuesday 18 October 2016 I received a phone call from RODNICK early morning to say that the installation was complete that my phone is in N1 City for collection or delivery to Kenilworth Centre. RODNICK kindly asked if I would like him to programme the phone. Soooo there I was on my way to Ni City to collect my phone. To NASIEF KAHAAR at Telkom in Kenilworth Centre and RODNICK the Technician at N1 City a sincere THANK YOU .... Telkom does need to find the previous Manager and the Consultant and sort them out 'cos they give Telkom a bad name! To Mr Kahaar and Rodnick 11 out of 10 for your good service .... Sincerely Arlene Williams
