Thank You SMS Harra*****t

I Had decided to renew my contract with Telkom on Thursday the 31st of August, i was happy to get a pre-approval sms at 20:00 the same day.

this was all well and good until i started receiving the same SMS every 6 minutes from then. i tried calling Telkom mobile, with no-one picking up and i was on the call for over 20 minutes. the following day i decided to call the Online Sales team, the guy dint even bother to listen to my request of finding out the progress on my update, he just transferred me to their Helpdesk for the SMSes, the helpdesk finally answered after holding for a while and they refereed me back to Mobile where i held until i gave up

i tried to tweet about it to Telkom, but they rep**** back saying i should come back during their office hours. yesterday i tweeted again during their office hours and my tweet was ignored completely, i tweeted them this morning and they told me about working hours again !!!

if you do the math as i tweeted them with my calculations. if the 1st SMS was on Thursday @ 20:00, and im getting SMSes every 6 minutes, now it is Monday 4th @ 9am, this would mean i have received duplicated SMSes amounting to 850

this is such an inconvenience as i have to keep MY phone on silent because it always goes off with the same SMS.

i am so annoyed and regret trying to upgrade my contract
