Thank you Ivanhoff Lewis

I sent enquiries to Telkom 2 days ago regarding a cellphone contract, 2 days later no response. I then called Telkom Mobile directly and got hold of Ivanhoff Lewis in Client Services. That wasn't the correct department but he was so helpful and pleasant, furthermore he took my details and escalated the matter to his manager.<br> <br> Whether the manager calls back or not is another story, but that shouldn't take away from the great service Ivan gave me. Way to go Ivan :-)
