Thank you for a speedy repair and service!

I would like to compliment the Fountain Mall Jeffreys Bay Telkom branch for assisting me in fixing my problem with my crackling telephone line. I reported the problem on Friday 27th February 2015 and I received an sms recording my fault. I received a phone call the following day to explain to the technician what my problem was, but he immediately knew (as he could hear the crackling noise on the line). I received a second phone call the following day, which was a SUNDAY, asking if they could come to fix the problem on a Sunday! I was more than happy and totally surprised to receive such fast response and a technicain willing to work on a Sunday in order to fix my phone problem. The technician, who introduced himself as Gerrie, was here in a flash and he replaced a faulty wall connection box within 5 minutes! My problem was solved!<br> I am so happy with such excellent service that I had to tell someone!!! THANK YOU FOR SUCH FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, TELKOM, JEFFREYS BAY.
