For once since being with Telkom I received exceptional service from Mama Edith from the Telkom store at Southgate Mall. When I upgraded my devices in the month of March 2025 and again on Sunday the 11th of May 2025 as I am having serious issues with the insurance side of things. I went in the store extremely irate due to the back and forth between myself and the insurance call centre. She is extremely thorough and she takes time to explain and assist. She knows her stuff. Out of all my encounters with this company she is the first to do everything right the first time. She even took time to log a case on my behalf. A real keeper. Thank you so much mama Edith!
