Thabo from Telkom waterfall mall. I have received the most horrible and pathetic service from this consultant or whosoever this guy is called. He is really not competent for customer service. He even didn't care when I told him I'm going to report him. I pray that action will be taken for such horrible actions from a whole consultant. I also serve people and I know how customers should be treated. The service I got today from Telkom waterfall mall is really unacceptable 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤. This person will make you lose clientele.
