THABANG MAGODA AND KGOMOTSO MALATJIE

Telkom is the WORST their customer service is APPALLING! I have been trying to cancel this useless contract since last year, they don't cancel so that the arrears keep building up! Spoke to the worst agents there called Kgomotso Malatjie who kept referring to me as "ausi" and Thabang Magoda who REFUSED to send me a Cancellation confirmation letter wanting to send me from pillar to post after being on the line for almost 2hrs with them. My next stop is the Ombudsman!!!!!!
