Terrifying service from Telkom

The most ********** service from Telkom at The Glen , we’ve been there more than four times trying to cancel both contracts and change it into prepaid of which they have been telling us stories as to first it can be done , then it cannot furthermore changing saying we need to upgrade in order to be assisted with our complaints , wouldn’t Recommend Telkom their customer service Agents at the Glen pretend like we’re doing them a favour by using Telkom as a service provider .
