Terribly slow speeds by Telkon

<p>I am a customer of Telkom for a good couple of years but i am sick and tired of the pathetic speeds that i am experiencing. I have a 4 mb line at home and after doing a speed test I am picking up a download speed of 0.38 mb. This is not the first instance of my low speeds and i am sick of even complaining because nothing seems to get done . As customers we are never informed about any technical issues nor are we informed when technicians are working on our lines. We are paying for a service and its only fair that we get our money's worth .</p>
