Terribly rude telephone call from telkom sales representative

<p>My wife received a call from an unknown number (not listed in her contacts). I answered as she is in hospital and the person on the other line rudely cut the call WHILE I was busy explaining that she will not be taking another contract on top of her current one. I could not even complete my sentace. Extremely rude!!!</p>
