Terribly Rude Personnel

<p>I had been with Vodacom for the last six years, upon hearing great reviews and deals from a friend regarding telkom I decided not to upgrade with Vodacom but rather move over. Once the contract was signed Telkom phoned me to tell me the deivce was ready, arrive at the store and was told they made a mistake I should come back the next day. Arrive the next day they say it is still not ready and that they will call me. I have attempted to contact them on their land line numerous times since then which has yet to be answered even once! I now have the device, the contract is not at all what I expected as the constultant literally explained nothing about the details of the contract to me at the time of signing. </p> <p>Long story short I went in today to ask for more information about my contract because they dont answer their phones, when the consultant in front of a FULL ROOM OF PEOPLE SAID SHE WOULD NOT HELP ME BECAUSE I HAD BEEN THERE TOO MANY TIMES BEFORE! Only to fetch things they told me was ready for collection! I am apalled by their lack or customer service and their blatent disregard for customers to their faces! I have as a customer never been spoken to that way and I fully EXPECT feedback about how Telkom is dealing with their pouringly trained personel in this store.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I expected more, buyers remorse if only for the lack of service i am surely to receive in the next two years is very real. </p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely Dissapointed. </p>
