TERRIBLE "UPGRADE" SERVICE-- NO SERVICE-- NO SOLUTIONS.

Due to the ongoing lack of service supp**** by this provider, I have been forced to resort to this medium for some escalation, ONCE AGAIN!

I was approached by a great External Representative to upgrade me to 10MB Fibre service (With a FREE router I may add) Whereby I was merely upgraded to a 10MB ADSL service instead. Now I thought that there may not be support for this and as I understand it, it costs me nothing so far. Only trouble is that my 4MB ADSL service ACTUALLY WORKED! I am apparently on a 10MB service but I have WORSE speeds and cannot even stream 480p Youtube videos let alone Movies. I continue to report this, I was told that it may be that I am too far from the exchange, however we I reported issues with my ADSL 4MB in February this year a technician came out and the exchange is WALKING distance from where I live? I would like to improve me experience and yet I receive a worse service?

This is becoming an issue that NO ONE IS FIXING! If anyone from this establishment would like to get hold of me please and TRY and take this seriously that would be great.
