Terrible "upgrade" from Telkom

"Upgraded" to telkom's new Wireless phone. What a mistake!!! I can now ONLY use the one phone which was sent to me - plugged in. I can not use my new cordless phones, which I recently purchased and Telkom can't offer me a similar device. We used to have 3 phones in the house, which was used a lot. I also can't use my fax machine anymore (Yes, I know this is a bit old fashioned, but for good reason, I still used this at times...) I phoned Telkom about both this situations, but they just shrug their shoulders. Unacceptable! This is not why I have a landline. If they told me this beforehand, I would not have agreed for this "upgrade" or according to me, ....downgrade!
