Terrible turn around time for customer

I still do not understand in this day and age why you need a Hard Copy ID book for a branch operator to assist with my profile, if I call in they ask security questions to access my profile but not over the counter...that's just a LAME EXCUSE

Secondly after I drove back home, and they accessed my profile they could not tell me what I must pay in order to have my phone opened.. Another LAME excuse

What's WORSE is I have to wait 72 Hours in order to have my phone re opened

72 Hours...3 days without my cellphone

What a network to use...might be cheap but customer service levels are ****

I'm really disappointed after how this company has been turned out
