Terrible, troubled Telkom

My mother went to telkom to upgrade her phone and get her contract in order. She took the special with headset... Y series they had running for the Y7 if I am not mistaken. This was a month or more ago. She was told that the phone would be there in 7 days and she would be called. Seven days has turned into over a month with no contact at all. She tried several times and asked myself as well and I tried to call them, the telkom at westwood mall. This store really does suck royally.!! The phone rings constantly and no one answers then when they decide its irritating them or disturbing them they take it off the hook... I know this because you get a busy signal for the next 2-3 hours after trying to call. I even went as far as calling the centres enquiries dept and they gave me another number that begins with 081 and still no answer. When my mother and I went back to the store she was told they are still waiting for stock and as luck would have it there were several others there with the same complaint. What is happening to telkom??? Their standards have dropped so drastically. When supp**** with a survey a while ago I had responded that I would tell anyone I knew to use telkom.... Now I would tell anyone I know Never to use telkom. The service really is appalling!! I just pray I do not have these issues where I have so wait over a month for my upgrade... Really disappointing.
