TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>Worst service ever. We bought an old business requested for the transferral of all the existing fixed lines from the old owners name to ours. We completed all the neccassary documents and submitted it to Telkom. They then transferred it to our name BUT they somehow cancelled or somehow disabled our main fixed line, which customers have been using for ages to contact us. Customers can now not get hold of us and as a result we are taking a high loss which is clearly visible. Please fix YOUR mistake or we will resort to legal action for losses caused by YOUR mistake ! </p>
