Terrible terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Telkom customer for almost 15 years and the customer service is getting worse every year! I will be closing my account with Telkom and never return again!

I have to highlight that your billings deparment is the absolute worst. I have the names of the two people I was dealing with but I'm not sure if I am allowed to post them on this forum.

It does not go unnoticed that whenever Telkom "phones back" customers they only ring the phone once so that it shows on their system as customer unavailable while in the meantime the phone only range once.

May you lose all your customers who you treated as badly as me!
