Terrible, terrible service. Account paid up, but still listed with credit bureau!

Even when I'm not with this service provider, I'm still haunted by their bad service!!! My account was handed over to lawyers, but I settled it in July 2018. To my surprise Telkom still has a judgement on my name with the credit bureau. A whole 3 months later they still haven't delisted me!!!!! Can this be done ASAP as this is negatively affecting me! This is utterly unprofessional, completely unacceptable! Never using Telkom again!
