Terrible Terrible service!!

<p>I would never in my life recommend Telkom to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I've been struggling with my internet and telephone service since December 2016. To this date no one can assist me and no one knows what’s going on. I have a 10 mb line and whenever I do a speed test I only get a download speed of 3mb per second and an upload speed of 0.16mb per second. I log faults about 3 to 4 times a week and they send people out but it never gets FIXED!!!!!! That's not all, our telephone never works and is always down, worst service from any company I have ever come in contact with. </p> <p> </p> <p>I’m currently paying for a service I can’t use... I can’t do any work from home, I can’t even load a google page. This is so bad, so anyone out there considering using Telkom please do not it’s a waste of money and Time.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service consultants are always friendly and try to help but this problem is not something they can't resolve. This I horrible service from Telkom.</p>
