Terrible, terrible service

Telekom makes it extremely difficult to cancel a service. I tried helping my father cancel his contract (the contract period has already ended). Called customer services but they dropped the call before the cancelation request was processed. This was terribly unprofessional, as we had waited for a while to be in contact with a consultant. Very disappointing.
