Terrible Telkom with Ridiculous Billing system and terrible service.

Terrible terrible service with Telkom, contract ended End July, here I am thinking I'm done and will be saving money but Noooooo, they tell me about month to month billing. Haven't even used the the data but I get an SMS notify saying I owe while as they debited my account in August. Telkom is just terrible making our lives very hard. I'm really unhappy, the service is ***. The call Centre agents aren't friendly even, you will hold the line tillll Jesus comes. Now I request for the damn contract to be TERMINATED COMPLETELY and they tell me to do that online for myself, I do so as to stop this madness and I try and try only to see my September bill due by 30th is R1041, I mean really. I almost fell to the ground. I'm sooooo unhappy and regret ever being to telkom. I will not pay this, not for such madness. This is complete madness dies. I will not recommend anyone to telkom Ever!!!! Haeeeek
