Terrible Telkom service

This is a company that is incapable of shaking off the vestiges of apartheid. My company changed bankers so there was a mix up with the debit orders but rather than calling us to mention that debit order did not go through they just cut our internet off . So we rushed to make the payment, but they had this home affairs attitude and told us we had to wait 72 hours before they would reconnect us. Are you serious ? Nothing reminds you of the oblivious attitude of the old South Africa than the new kleptocracy of the people in charge now. Its needless to say that we will be changing our service provider
