Terrible telkom service

Telkom agents changed my subscription plan *******ly and no one can help me. They are debiting R15000 off my account every month which I have to reverse while apparently waiting for a manager to waive the fee since December 2024 & I can't even cancel the contract. Their agents and stores are useless. Telkom service is atrocious.
