Terrible Telkom Service

I app**** for their new deal online, said I will be called by someone from Telkom. Waited for the call, finally got the call, half way through the call, they drop it, never called back, now there is no way for me to follow up on the online application. Why do we as customers have to fight to get service, I want to give you my money, but you seem to not want it.
