Terrible Telkom service at end of contract

<p>I have cancelled my contract in June this year but Telkom keeps on trying to get money from my account. My account was up-to-date up until this time. Two months down the line, I've already been handed to a debt collector for a ridiculous amount which I don't know where it comes from...? I've already paid this ridiculous amount in the hope of getting it back. This is not the first time this happens when ending a contract. I always end up paying much more and never getting this money back. Please help me to sort this out, even if it is just this once. </p>
