Terrible Telkom service

<p>My telephone went out of order first at the beginning of September. After calling Telkom almost daily to follow up on progress i was eventually informed the technicians were on strike. By some miracle a technician came and repaired the overhead line mid October and the telephone worked for a few weeks. Another fault occurred on the 29th October and to date nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I am told on an almost daily basis that it is a bulk fault and this has to do with cables. I was issued with a elevated reference number for what reason? I have no telephone or internet service. I am fed up and will now look to another service provider as there is no hope at all for Telkom a truly shoddy, unprofessional company. I have an ill family member with a carer to look after her, should anything untoward happen i cannot be reached and this so called service is frankly disastrous.</p>
