Terrible Telkom service

I signed up for a 40 gig router and only 20 is being loaded, contacted the call centre and the service was terrible in Durban and visited the store in Durban Central Old mutual building but was promised to be contacted on the 16/07/2018 of which to date nobody has contacted me. Telkom is owing me 54gig from May 2018.
