Terrible Telkom Service

In February, my father and i app**** for ADSL in our area. It is now July and they literally just called me to cancel the request because of cable theft. Which is completely understandable. However, during Feb till now, they have sent us a bill every month, for what? i dont know. Then we called in requesting LTE. The sales consultant completely mislead us. Whenever, i would call in their systems would be offline. YOU ARE AN INTERNET PROVIDER!!!!!!! HOW CAN YOUR SYSTEMS CONSTANTLY BE OFFLINE. We extremely unhappy and will never ever recommend Telkom to anyone. EVER!
