Terrible Telkom service

The telkom branch/shop in the Kolonade Mall can oly assist you with basic functions and fir the rest they refer you the the branches in Wonderboom Junction or Wonderpark Mall.. I even had to go and buy a sim card at Pep when I wanted to port from Vodacom to Telkom. On 14 May 2018 I went to Wonderboom Juntion to collect a tv box and a sim card that formed part of a deal I subscribed to. After standing for 1 Hour and 40 minutes in a Que to be served I was informed that the manager of the branch only works until 16:00 and she must sign the tv box off and therefore I can not get the tv box then. I asked about the sim card and the consultant took my ID and proof of residence but could not trace me on the system, and after standing in the Que for 1 hour and 40 minutes I had to leave empty handed and frustrated just to go another day and probably stand in the queue for another hour plus as there was only two consultants serving clients.

Reviewer Update
Good Day I would appreciate if someone that is competant enough to phone me to resolve the matter as 2 weeks has gone by since the installation took place and the phone line is still not activated. I get so many different versions. Debbie at the Wonderboom Junction promised to phone or ail me by the 23 May 2018 to tell me to come and pick up tge sim card. I went to the shop on 29 May 2018 to follow up. Debbie was there but stayed at the back did not even had the decency to come and talk to me. I insisted on speaking to the manager : because the consultant only said she cant help me and thety dont have phone lines to phone she will escalate a query on the system, she promised to immediately phone to follow up why the line is not activated yet, 1 day has passed no feedback received, only contredictary emails. The emails say that the installation is completed and closed. I have these ref no's case no ********** 8, TIN ********** , REF ********** 23A. Can someone please sort out this issue for the line to be activated. Deon Barnard, ********** 838
