TERRIBLE TELKOM SERVICE

Worst service from Telkom ever...you cannot rely on them at all...they make wmpty promises all the time... i logged a complaint that my new Telkom line which i am paying R800 pm is dead on the 8th Feb. I am still waiting as promised that someone will call after 3 escalations... they make emty promises... over 500 complaints on fb and no one gets things sorted out. We have had enough..even the manager is terribly rude and refused to help but if you dont pay your bill you will be blacklisted...one very unhappy consumer...i want my line fixed... next action is the newspapers. Telkom is a disgrace !!!!! And should not be operating... they dont deliver service as they should...thousands of people are FED UP. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
