terrible telkom insurance

I lost my phone and made a claim with Telkom insurance as i insured my phone with and i am contracted with telkom as well.SUCH A TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I submitted everything they needed from me on 1 march 2018 still today im not getting anything positive from them. I do follow up calls but all i get is that their STUPID SYSTEMS TAKE TIME !!!!!! Every month they take their money but what do i get when i need their help,NOTHING!!!!!
