Terrible Telkom experience.
Worst experience i ever come across since started using cellphones. There was issue with network due to load shedding so 500MB of data was promised. Got sms at 3am but there was no data until around 22:00. Reminded them about that, they sent data after 23:00 and was gonna expire at 00:00 and yes id did. Couldnt use it at all. Told them about my unhappiness on twitter but they ignored me like its nothing. As if that wasnt bad enough i loaded R20.00 airtime to buy data for R18.50 but their system says insuf. funds my blnce is R8.55. very. I dont even get sms balances for data now. ****ed up service im done with them, cant allow such on my main number.

29 Feb 2020, 08:48This company should be sold. Going from bad to worse now. Yesterday i loaded R30 so i could afford to buy R18.55 data but that was surprisingly not enough. My balance was showing as R18.50 when i tried data purchase but when i check balance i had R30. What to do you call that? Cant even go through to their call centre agents. Nightmare!
